Closing Costs
Closing costs can be different for a Purchase and a Refinance. They are determined by the location of the property, the loan amount, interest rate, and amount of equity or down payment involved. Outside of the "lender costs", all closing costs are determined by 3rd party sources such as Title companies, the State, HOA, the Government, Insurance company, Attorney, Appraiser, Inspector, and anyone else who may be involved in the transaction.
